Accessibility: ACROD parking is available directly in front of the exhibition hall/recreation center. Disabled toilets are located in the same building. Footing may be grassed and uneven in places within the show grounds. Access to oval is via two ramps on the Northern end of the oval.

Alcohol: Alcohol may only be consumed in the licensed bar area. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws apply. Intoxicated patrons may be refused service and/or removed from the site. No alcohol may be brought onto the grounds.

ATMs: There are no ATMs on the showgrounds. The nearest ATM is near Corrigin Pharmacy on Campbell St (NAB) or inside the Corrigin Roadhouse. Limited cash out is available from the Show Office.

Baby Change Facilities: Located in the exhibition hall/recreation center.

Bar & Band: The licensed bar opens at 4pm.

Bins: Please use the bins provided to help keep the showgrounds tidy.

Cash & EFTPOS: Most vendors accept EFTPOS; however bringing some cash is recommended.

Drinking Water: Water bottle refill points are available at the west end of the recreation center near the basketball courts and outside the football changerooms.

Dogs: Dogs are strictly not permitted (except registered service animals).

Drones: Drones are not allowed unless by prior arrangement.

Emergencies: Call 000 for fire, police or ambulance.

Entry: Entry is via the gate on Larke Crescent.

Fireworks: Commence at 7pm, weather permitting.

First Aid: The first aid station is located at the Show Office. Follow signs.

Food: A variety of food vendors will be present. Attendees may also bring their own food into the show grounds.

Lost Children: Contact the Show Office and/or Show Volunteers so that announcements can be made over the P.A.

Lost Property: Located at the Show Office. Unclaimed items will be handed to local authorities or donated to charity after 30 days.

Mobile Coverage: While there are no network guarantees, Corrigin generally has good mobile reception across the show grounds.

Official Opening: Approximately midday in front of the exhibition hall, on the oval side.

Parking: Free parking is available at the recreation center carpark and along neighbouring streets. Please be respectful of private properties.

Pass Outs: Valid ticket holders may come and go throughout the day.

Prizes: Prizes can be collected after 4:30 at the exhibition hall.

Program: All advertised performances, schedules, and site features are subject to change without notice. The organisers reserve the right to vary or cancel parts of the program at any time.

Prohibited Items: The following items and activities are prohibited: Alcohol or illicit substances; animals (excluding registered assistance dogs); drones or model aircraft; scooters and skateboards; weapons, explosives, or hazardous items; megaphones, laser pointers, or any disruptive items; and promotional materials, placards, or leaflets not authorised by the organisers. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry or being asked to leave.

Recording: By entering, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting the Show Office or secretary.corriginag@gmail.com. Please note that all attendees are allowed to take photos and videos for personal use.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled in full.

Risk: While all reasonable safety precautions have been taken, attendees enter the event at their own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage, including that caused by third parties or circumstances beyond their control.

Show Office: Located in the meeting room off the foyer of the Recretion Center. Follow signs.

Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere within the recreation center (including immediately outside the building and on the courts), the shearing sheds and within the eco-tents (stalls). Please be mindful of others, especially children, when choosing where to smoke or vape outdoors.

Trophy Presentations: Held in conjunction with the Official Opening at approximately midday, in front of the exhibition hall, on the oval side.

Volunteers: Volunteers will be wearing Corrigin Agricultural Show Society badges and be positioned around the grounds. Please feel free to approach them for assistance.

Weather: The event will proceed in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by organisers. The organisers reserve the right to vary or cancel parts of the program at any time in response to bad weather. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the predicted conditions.

By attending the Corrigin Agricultural Show, all attendees agree to the above points and Conditions of Entry which are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Entry to the show grounds constitutes acceptance of these terms.
