How to Exhibit in the 2026 Corrigin Agricultural Show

Entering is free, easy and open to everyone - including complete beginners. You don’t need years of experience or a perfect exhibit; just have a go! From cooking to craft, flowers to photography, there’s something for every age and interest. We’d love to see your first entry in the hall this year! The show schedule changes every year so even if you are a frequent exhibitor, please read this guide carefully :)

FIRST

1. There are numerous sections open to enter - please refer to the Show Schedule booklet on this website. Each section has its own rules and guidelines - please review the section/s you are interested in as there may be entry limits and other special conditions. Stewards may turn away entries that do not meet class requirements.

2. Plan your exhibits. All exhibits must be the sole work of the exhibitor and must not have won a prize in a previous Corrigin Ag Show.

3. Fill out the entry form in the Show Schedule booklet or download and print it from this website. You can use the same entry form for multiple people in your household. If you run out of space, additional entry forms are available from Katems, Corrigin Home Hardware, and/or can be printed from www.corriginshow.com. Please give dimensions for large items and ensure no children’s exhibits are entered into the adult sections.

4. Submit your entry form/s by the due date. Submissions can be emailed to showentries.corriginag@gmail.com or dropped into the box at Corrigin Home Hardware. Please note that different sections have different due dates; please see table below for cut off times (opens in new window).

NEXT

5. Your individual exhibition tickets will be emailed to you. Please print these and attach them securely to your entries.

6. Drop your exhibits off to the Exhibition Hall prior to show day. The Exhibition Hall is located at the Corrigin Recreation Centre on Larke Crescent, Corrigin. Drop off times can be found in the table below (opens in a new window). Our friendly stewards will help you find the correct locations within the Exhibition Hall.

THEN

7. The Exhibition Hall will be closed for judging from 9am Friday prior to the show. Judges will award points for first place (5 points, blue) and second place (3 points, red) and third place (1 point, green; when there are are five or more entries, or where the Judges class an exhibit as worthy of third). In the event of a tie, the eight points will be shared and no second-place is awarded. The Hall reopens at 10:00am on Saturday for viewings. Exhibits that have placed will have award cards next to them, and points will be tallied by stewards to go towards trophies and major prizes.

8. Trophy recipients will be announced around midday on Show Day.

FINALLY

9. Collect your entries AFTER 4:30pm, not before. Uncollected entries will be donated or disposed of.

10. If you have won a trophy or prize, please visit the Show Committee office after 4:30pm and don’t forget to thank your sponsors!
